These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BJThompson.photography and all photography services offered by BJ Thompson In Real Life Photography.
By visiting our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
We provide portrait and event photography, including:

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. Remaining balances are due before edited photos are released.
Invoices, contracts, and galleries are delivered through ShootProof.
Clients may request one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Weather-related rescheduling is at the photographer’s discretion.
All retainers are non-refundable as they reserve your date and time. Cancellations received after final payment may not be eligible for refunds.
All images remain the copyright of BJ Thompson In Real Life Photography.
Clients receive a personal-use print release unless stated otherwise.
Commercial use requires separate licensing.
Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the turnaround time listed on your service page (typically 7–14 days for portraits).
By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our portfolio and agree to the photographer’s editing style and creative judgment.
We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure, weather, illness, or venue restrictions. Refunds or reshoots may be offered at our discretion.
Your gallery may be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing prior to your session.
