Yes, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your booking. This ensures your session date and time are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled without losing the retainer fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiting the retainer fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Yes! We understand that unexpected situations arise. You may reschedule your session once at no extra cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may require a new retainer fee.

Since photography services are custom and time-sensitive, all payments are non-refundable. However, we do our best to accommodate reschedules when possible.

For outdoor shoots, we closely monitor the weather. If conditions are unsuitable, we will offer the option to:

• Reschedule to a later date.
• Move the session to an indoor location.
